KAREN
AND BOB GET MARRIED ON LANA’I MAY 18, 2002

SETTLING IN FOR A WEEKEND OF
FUN

We had a great time on Lana’i
the weekend of May 18th helping Bob Nolan and Karen Osbourn celebrate their
wedding.  We checked into the Manele Bay Hotel Friday afternoon to find
a beach bag full of goodies and an idyllic view.  Why unpack when you
can jump around on the bed and look at cool stuff?  We quickly ate our
macadamia nuts and potato chips.

Everyone boarded a bus headed
to town for a cocktail reception.  The before picture, on the left is a
bit less hilarious than the after picture.

It looks as if the kids were
having the best time of all on the bus ride back from town.  That’s
Blaine on the left and Meagan, Taylor and Lexie.

Lounging is a must on weekends
like this.  Both Blaine and Camille have perfected the process.

After a snorkel and lunch,
Kevin, Jeanette, Bob and Camille ran into Linda, the Golf Pro.  We all
posed for a few pictures and then walked across the golf course to the hotel
to get dressed for the main event.

THE WEDDING

Here is Karen with her mother,
and Janice, the maid of honor on their way to the wedding site.

Longtime friend, Gary gives
away the bride.  What a pretty setting for the Wedding Ceremony!

With happy smiles, Bob and
Karen take their first steps together as man and wife.

THE RECEPTION

What a handsome couple!

Soon the wine was flowing and
everyone was going back to the buffet line for seconds and thirds.  Dan
Nolan, father of the groom stands between Candy and Guy while the kids hover
nearby.  Camille (the vegetarian!) noshes on a shrimp.  What a bad
girl!

Before the night was over, the
DJ had everyone up and dancing a Conga line.  A good time was had by
all!
