Dry ingredients: 2 1/2 cups wheat gluten (400 grams) 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons Spanish smoked paprika 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds 2 teaspoons fennel seeds 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder Wet ingredients: Preheat oven to 325 F. |
