<\/a><\/p>\nEr . . . Actually, it is<\/em> funny. So here we are, on the beach, chuckling over what the salt air is doing to our hair and celebrating Bob’s 61st birthday. Happy Birthday, Bob! He doesn’t look that old, does he?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Beach grass, condos, sand, and sand fences \u2014 and that’s just the beginning.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n After getting himself all set up, a fisherman nurses his coffee and takes in the scenery.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Balloon tire bikes and sparkle waves. Looks to be another special day at the beach. (No, that is not us on those bikes.) The water has had all summer to warm up, and a wind that made sand fly all week quit the day we came in. Once again, we find ourselves living a charmed life.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pelicans with a hint of sun on their wings, fishing for breakfast.<\/p>\n Two flights passing made us wonder how they decide who to fly with. A gull rides an air current.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sand piper and human, Camille’s and a child who had passed through earlier.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Camille tackles a giant Margarita at a Mexican restaurant. Bob on the beach in zebra-striped socks.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We got down to the beach even earlier the next day.
