<\/a><\/p>\nAfter the sketches and advice a trip to the lumber yard was in order. That nice man Jim lent us a chop saw for the weekend and we went to work.<\/p>\n

SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED<\/h3>\n
Each piece was cut to specification and assembled in a mock-up that would later be taken apart and reassembled.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Amy and Bob worked from mid-morning to sun down all weekend so as to make best use of the borrowed saw.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Next came the plywood and windows. The wood was treated with some kind of milky stuff which will render it as waterproof as can be. From everything we’ve heard, all camper shells leak but steps were taken to minimize water seepage.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Amy makes sure the bed platform fits her needs.
