SMOKY B&B – A JOB WELL DONE<\/h3>\n
Amy celebrates the completion of her new accommodations in\u00a0her little truck Smoky and shares\u00a0a look at the interior with Haruka-san. Bob and Amy worked long hours to create the wooden camper shell which features a sleeping platform with storage the height of a milk crate below, windows above and a door to it all.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In our yard and in the woods, there was an abundance of new plant growth to explore including paw paw and\u00a0Stropharia rugosoannulata from our Wine Cap garden.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Amy, Kat, Miki and Justin joined us for\u00a0a stroll through Lyle and Tami’s woods for an up-close look at Spring. Kat and Amy’s fascination with the plant world was a pleasure to behold.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Along the way we ran into Tami and her dogs Tigger and Monkey, out for their morning run. Bob paused at a garden gate that Lyle fashioned from an old jail house door.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Our wonderful house mate from Kumasi and his beautiful Miki took the train down from New York city to join us on Easter weekend.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Justin’s first encounter with the Trouts Farm mascot, Mini-Spot at Lake Bosumtwi in July of 2012 and Miki’s introduction to our welcome ritual during her visit to Casa Kumasi in April, 2013<\/p>\n <\/p>\n These edible blooms are an uplifting sign of warmer weather to come.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Parents everywhere can appreciate the mixed emotions\u00a0that accompany the departure of their children into the world beyond.
