We walked up the road to the football pitch for some pre-breakfast exercise. From the ranch to the football pitch where Camille tried the bamboo grandstand on for size.

We greeted this little lady in twi, making her laugh with a toothless smile. She lives in this little house of tin and wattle.
WATER BEARERS
As we were driving home through the big village of Abono we watched the loading and carrying of water . Even young girls carry water from the central bore hole to their homes – the smaller the girl, the smaller the bucket.
