Find Them | Pick Them |
Look for large, full, unsprayed blossoms. | Leave the stems behind. |
Rinse Them | Prep Them |
Rinse and pull the bitter greens away from the blossom. | Slice off the bottom part with the stem and greens. |
Dry Them | Batter Them |
Lay the trimmed blossoms on towels to dry. | Mix up any kind of batter you like. We prefer Egg Replacer to eggs |
Fry Them | Eat Them! |
Fry in hot oil, flip once and drain on paper towels. | Eat them with your favorite dip. They taste like mushrooms! |
