You don’t turn 50 every day. Ted helped Helen celebrate her fiftieth on July 11, 2015.

Helen and Ted moved into the neighborhood less than a year ago and already have made it into a perfect place to entertain friends.

Bob and Ted are likely discussing the engineering of Ted’s fabulous koi pond and will surely take him up on his offer to help us re-engineer our own neglected fish pond.
PARADISE WITH WEATHER TO MATCH
All this and golf carts, too?! Ted’s mother and daughter go for a little tour around the grounds while Helen catches up with her friend Tami. A refreshing front blew in just in time for the party, wicking away the humidity and adding a gentle breeze to the proceedings.

Judy and Camille slipped off to say hello to Judy’s four horses. The low sun caught Yogis beautiful tail while the other three grazed on rain-fed pasture. See more on: Judy’s World

A WISH
When we asked Helen if she had chosen a wish, she smiled like the cat that ate the canary and blew out the candle. This cake (Death by Chocolate Mousse, was it?) was so incredibly rich and perfectly moist that we are afraid to find out where it came from. The slices were huge and we ate every bite.
