Find Them Pick Them
Look for large, full, unsprayed blossoms. Leave the stems behind.
Rinse Them Prep Them
Rinse and pull the bitter greens away from the blossom. Slice off the bottom part with the stem and greens.
Dry Them Batter Them
Lay the trimmed blossoms on towels to dry. Mix up any kind of batter you like.
Fry Them Eat Them!
Fry in hot oil, flip once and drain on paper towels. Eat them with your favorite dip.  They taste like mushrooms!
